Beauty is something which cannot be described in just a single defination or so. Different people have different views on beauty. But in today's hectic and busy life schedules, lack of proper sleep, excessive stress, improper food habits are causing people to lose their natural beauty , youthfulness and happiness. Beauty is not just about the facial beauty, and physique but on the peace of mind. We all know that without peaceful mind, stress dominates and in the presence of stress life can't be smooth and as a result youthfullness tend to lose and aging begins whatsoever the age may be. Beauty comes from within. We admire the person with beautiful and healthy skin. But do we ever think that how they maintain that. Yes! They do maintain their beauty but not just by applying anything skin care products. Yes everybody use skin care products but still we need to stay healthy from inside out which actually reflects that healthy beauty.

But no worries. Every problem has a solutions. We just need to find it in our own ways by keeping our mindset positive. Stressing out more will make our life much more bad and we'll feel more down and lost in the worst. 1) Wake up early in the morning and go for a brisk walk.
2) Practice breathing exercises like kapalbhati and anulom vilom for a minimum 10-15 minutes.
3) Drink 8-9 glasses of water daily to keep the body properly hydrated.
4) Exercise daily or atleast 5 days a week for 15-20 minutes.
5) Intake of proper and healthy diet.
