Dream is one kind of electrical impulse which are generated from our subconscious mind. Now, what is subconscious mind. Generally, we can divide our mind in two parts. One will be conscious which is responsible for thinking, asking etc. And another will be subconscious which is responsible for all the vital process like breathing, heart rate etc. So, dreams are of subconscious level.
While, most of the people have one question in their mind. Why I forgot almost all the dreams of mine? Ya, it's a very good question but generally people ignore it. Almost all people forget their most of the dreams, after awakening. Well, the forgetfulness is attributed to neurochemical conditions in the brain that occur during REM sleep. REM sleep is a phase of sleep characterized by rapid eye movement. However the most fascinating explanation is the absence of the hormone named Non-epinephrin in cerebral cortex. Cerebral cortex is responsible for memory, thought, logic. Although most dreams disappear from our memories, certain ones tend to remain. The more impressive the dream, the more likely you are to remember it. How amazing it is!

Daydream, Recurring, False awakening, Healing, Prophetic, Vivid etc. One of the major difference between daydream and others, is you can see daydream without sleeping! A famous Indian personality, Respected Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam has said that, " A dream is not what you see in sleep, dream is something which doesn't let you sleep. How wonderful the sentence is!
Don't park your dreams at low level. Let them fly high and high. Expect more from you as you are able to do it. Dream big. Believe in yourself. As said, You are braver than you think and more talented than you know. Don't underestimate you and your dreams. After all, a dream is your creative vision for your life in the future. And always remember, Eveery great dream begin with a dreamer.
